By accessing or using Lottery Scanner, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Lottery Scanner is provided to help users scan lottery tickets, compare available draw information, organize ticket records, and review saved checks. These terms apply to the app, website, and related services.
Lottery Results and Ticket Validation
Lottery Scanner is an organizational and result-checking tool. It does not sell lottery tickets, operate lottery games, issue prizes, or act as an official lottery authority.
Lottery results, ticket scans, barcode reads, QR code reads, and saved ticket checks may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. You are responsible for confirming all winning numbers, prize amounts, deadlines, and claim requirements with the official lottery operator or retailer for the relevant jurisdiction.
A scan or result shown in Lottery Scanner does not guarantee that a ticket is valid, eligible, winning, redeemable, or payable.
Responsible Use
You agree to use Lottery Scanner only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all lottery rules, gambling laws, age restrictions, and regulations that apply where you live or where the ticket was purchased.
You are responsible for safeguarding your physical tickets. A saved scan, screenshot, or record in Lottery Scanner is not a substitute for the original ticket when an official lottery operator requires the original ticket for validation or prize claims.
Accounts, Devices, and Saved Records
Some features may allow you to save ticket records, scan history, reminders, or result checks. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, scan, upload, or save.
We may update, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that saved records will always be available, recoverable, or error-free.
Payments and App Store Terms
If Lottery Scanner offers paid features, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases, those transactions may be processed by Apple or another app marketplace. Marketplace terms, billing rules, refund policies, and cancellation procedures may apply in addition to these terms.
Unless required by law or marketplace policy, fees for paid features are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
Lottery Scanner, including its design, branding, app interface, website content, text, graphics, icons, and related materials, is owned by Lottery Scanner or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Lottery Scanner except as permitted by law or with written permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
Lottery Scanner may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, app distribution, payment processing, result data, or other functionality. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
The app or website may link to external sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, policies, or practices.
Disclaimers
Lottery Scanner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that the app will identify every ticket correctly, read every barcode or QR code correctly, display every result correctly, or remain compatible with every lottery game or jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lottery Scanner will not be liable for lost prizes, missed claim deadlines, incorrect result checks, lost ticket records, lost profits, data loss, service interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Lottery Scanner is to stop using the app or website.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of Lottery Scanner after changes means you accept the updated terms.
